- 1. Vendor set up is from 6 am to 9 am (show opens at 9am).
- 2. All tables are 6 feet by 30 inches.
- 3. Power will be available at all tables. Bring your own extension cords (25 ft. max.).
- 4. All tables are $65.00 unless purchased two weeks prior to the show date. They would then qualify for the early registration discounted price of $50.00 per table.
- 5. All animals must have proper caging/enclosures.
- 6. All animals must be sold in secure containers or bags. No loose animals permitted.
- 7. No endangered, protected, venomous, or native Pennsylvania species allowed. It is your responsibility to know the legality of what you bring.
- 8. All tables and registration forms must be sent in advance to guarantee your space. Please see link below to print your registration form.
- 9. All sales are between the vendor and the customer. The show promoter cannot be held responsible for these transactions.
- 10. No table reservation will be considered complete until a signed vendor application and full payment is received.
